水杨醛缩6-氨基吲哚席夫碱的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of Salicylaldehyde-6-aminoindole Schiff Base

摘要 利用6-氨基吲哚与水杨醛反应合成了一种新型水杨醛缩6-氨基吲哚席夫碱,对配体的合成条件进行探索性试验,确定了反应优化条件;通过MS、1H-NMR光谱对产物的结构进行表征。实验结果表明,合成最佳条件为:35℃条件下水杨醛与6-氨基吲哚在无水乙醇中搅拌即可得到产物。 One new Schiff base containing salicylaldehyde - 6 - aminoindole were synthesized by the reaction of salieylaldehyde with 6 - aminoindole. The favorable conditions of synthesizing the $chiff base were found and the structures of product were characterized by MS, 1 H - NMR spectra.
