摘要
利用SDS/正丁醇/环己烷/水四元微乳液体系在室温下用NaBH4作还原剂,还原含[Ni2+]/[Mn2+]=1/1的混合溶液,在此体系中成功的合成了锰镍纳米复合氧化物。并通过XRD、IR、TEM、EDS对样品进行表征,结果表明:当W([H2O]/[SDS])=20时所得前驱物是粒径在20~60nm粒状的非晶复合物;把此前驱物于600℃煅烧,可得尖晶石型的NiMnO3,平均粒径为23.68nm;而于700℃和800℃煅烧后则都得到尖晶石型的MnNi2O4复合物,平均粒径分别为32.96nm和42.30nm。
It was investigated the phase map and the rule of phases changing of quaternion micro - emulsion system on SDS/cyclohexane/n - butanoL/water at room temperature.. A manganese nickel composite nano - particles were prepared by simultaneous reduction of [ Mn2 + ] / [ Ni2+ ] = 1 : 1 with NaBH4 in the micro - emulsion and characterized by XRD, IR,TEM, EDS. It shows W ( [ H2O ] / [ SDS ] ) =20 gained precursor and size is 20 -60nm of the amorphous granular compound. As calcining at 600℃, gained a spinel - type NiMnO3 which average diameter are 23.68. nm; and calcination at 700℃ and 800℃, gained a spinel -type MnNi2O4 which average diameters are 32.96nm and 42.30nm, respectively.
