Studying empirically the transport and logistics capabilities of Nanjing,the paper introduces the procedures of transport and logistics system planning,design and layout of its logistics base facilities,main content of its transport and logistics service portfolios and the overall framework and functions of its transport and logistics information platforms,etc.
