Study on Customer Loyalty in E-business Environment

摘要 首先介绍了电子商务环境下的客户忠诚的概念和特点,然后指出了电子商务环境中客户忠诚决定因素,最后提出了电子商务环境下提高客户忠诚的建议。 The paper first introduces the concept and characteristic of customer loyalty in the E-business environment,points out its determinant factors and at the end provides suggestions for its cultivation and enhancement.
