分析了绿色供应链管理的主要内容,并以中国台湾A公司为案例,系统阐述了A公司绿色供应链管理导入的背景、障碍与对策,并归纳了A公司在构建绿色供应链过程中运营管理的职责分工与重点项目要点。
The paper analyzes the main content of green supply chain management and,in a case study on the Taiwan Residents enterprise A,introduces systematically the background,barriers and countermeasures for the implementation of green supply chain management by the enterprise and summarizes other points worthy of attention during the process such as division of labor and duty in operation management and the key areas and phases of the implementation.
