摘要
在分析军事供应链流程现状的基础上,对实物流程和信息流程的集成优化进行了分析,从军事供应链运作时间、分布空间、业务程序、运作成本的角度探索了流程集成优化的内容,并着重研究了军事供应链流程集成优化的现实策略。
The paper studies the content of the integration and optimization of the material and information flow of military supply chains from the perspectives of military supply chain operation time,geological distribution,business process and operation cost as well as the practical strategies for its realization.
