摘要
在分析物流人才实践能力培养存在问题的基础上,提出了相关探索思路:在校企合作中延伸教学场地;拓展教学资源;设置科学的实践教学体系;专业培训机构与学校进行实践能力的链接式培养;多种有效考核方式结合。
The paper first explores the problems with efforts at the cultivation of logistics professional practical capabilities in China and presents its understanding of the situation and possible solutions.More specifically,it suggests that more sophisticated teaching facilities and greater teaching resources should be invested in school-enterprise cooperation;an effective and conducive practical teaching system should be set up;professional training institutions and schools should cooperate in the step-by-step cultivation of practical competence;and a more effective examining practice be developed.
