摘要
通过对四种农作物(玉米、小麦、水稻、蚕豆)籽粒中八种重金属元素(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、As、Hg)的调查研究。结果表明,四种农作物籽粒中重金属元素含量与土壤重金属含量呈正相关,籽粒中重金属的吸收系数大致为Cd>Zn> Cu> Pb,玉米籽粒Cd< Zn、Cu,可能由于元素间的交互作用,Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd 含量均处于较高水平。由于不同农作物的生物学特性之间的差异,Cr、Ni、As、Hg 在四种农作物籽粒中的迁移难易程度不一。
The content of toxic metal ions,such as Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd was determined in the soils and crops seed that were sampled from the study area.The results represent that different toxic metals show different dynamics of accumulation in the seed of crops,showing the extents as follows:Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb,but maize seed was Zn>Cu>Cd>Pb,and the contents of toxic metals in crops are closely related to that of metals in soil.It has found that among all toxic metals,Cd is the most intaking metal but Pb is the least from soil to crops seed.Some of toxic metals in crops analyzed in this investigation are quantitatively more than allowed in accordance with the safety permit of food of national standard.
