“绿色壁垒”以在贸易中采取严格的环境保护措施为其基本特征， 必须对它进行全面的分析： 在国际贸易中加强环境管理是世界贸易发展的趋势；而有些发达国家确实谋求以此达到贸易保护的目的。“绿色壁垒”还具有隐蔽性、相对性和时效性等特点。
Strict environmental protection measures in trade features Green Trade Barrier. The paper Views at the problems in both sides: Strengthening environmental management is the trend of world trade while actually the objective of some developed countries is trade protection. Green Trade Barrier is concealed, relative and effective for a given period of time only.
