摘要
在当前铁路桥梁施工中,钻孔灌注桩的应用日益普遍,但因其施工的隐蔽性及不可预见性,所以施工工艺复杂,质量较难控制,如何保证钻孔灌注桩的施工质量,已受到人们越来越多的重视。根据成昆铁路安宁河5号大桥的成功经验,以三个阶段为序,结合钻孔灌注桩的施工流程,分析和总结了钻孔桩成孔、钻孔事故的预防及处理、水下混凝土浇注、桩身质量检测等质量控制要点,从而保证了工程质量。
Cast-in-situ bored pile becomes increasingly common in the current railway bridge construction,but the construction process is complicated and quality is difficult to be controlled due to its concealment and unpredictability in construction.How to ensure the construction quality of cast-in-situ bored pile has been paid more and more attention.According to the successful experience of Anning River No.5 Bridge in Chengdu-Kunming Railway based on three stages,combined with the construction process of cast-in-situ bored pile,the quality control points including bored pile forming,prevention and treatment of borehole accidents,underwater concrete grouting,pile quality detection are analyzed and concluded and thus construction quality is ensured.
