论现代教育的职业化特征及其对中国传统人文教育的背弃

Discussion on the Characteristics of Professionalization of Modern Education and its Violation against Chinese Traditional Humane Education

中国传统的人文教育是培养人之德性并使人生发践行动力的教育,所以,这种教育不是职业性的知识传授,职业化的教育模式于此是无效的。但现代大学之教育模式正是西化传统的职业化教育,因而使得人文教育在现代教育中濒临失败。要挽救这种失败,必须重视中国传统的人文教育模式。教师不仅是一种职业,更是继天传道立教。由此而师严,师严而道尊,道尊而民知敬学。只有这样,现代教育才能达成其人文教育之功效。

Chinese traditional humane education is the education to cultivate human virtues and activate human practical motives,it does not impart professional knowledge.Hence,mode of professionalization of education is invalid here.The mode of modern university education is the Western traditional professionalization of education,as a result,humane education in modern education has been driving to failure.To remedy the failure,we have to pay attention on the Chinese traditional humane education.Teacher is not a job but a holy duty to teach and establish morals.Treating teacher as a holy duty develops teachers＇ dignity,and teachers＇ dignity honors Dao,and Dao＇s honor brings respect for studying in society.Only so,modern education can achieve its goal on humane education.
