摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等在对我国"体育系统"人力资源运行绩效进行深入分析后得出如下如论:"体育系统"作为中国体育事业发展的重要支柱,其组织资源在运行过程中存在的主要问题为运动员参训人数逐年滑坡,运动员流通机制不健全,运动员退役与就业安置问题亟待解决;教练员的学历结构、执教水平与经验有待提高等问题。在此基础上,提出应进一步优化"体育系统"内的人力资源配置,实现人力资源战略转移与合理流通的构想。
Based on the investigation on the performance of human resource operation in the "sports system" of our country,as the main sector of national sports industry,the "sports system" contains some issues such as: the decrease number of athletes trainee,imperfectness in athletes circulation system,unsettlement of issues about athletes' retirement and employment and the needs to improve the coaches' education background,training quality and experience,etc.According the above mentioned issues,the paper pointed out that the human resources allocation in the "sports system" should be further improved to achieve the strategic transfer of human resources and reasonable circulation.
