我国青少年体育俱乐部与政府合作模式的构建——以资源相互依赖理论为视角

Constructing a Cooperation Mode between China's Youth Sport Clubs and Governments:from the Perspective of the Resources Interdependent Theory

以资源相互依赖理论为视角,从政府完善俱乐部相关法规政策、俱乐部秉承公益使命运营管理资源、政府对俱乐部运营管理进行监督与评估三个方面构建青少年体育俱乐部与政府的合作模式,旨在为我国青少年体育俱乐部的规范运营与可持续发展提供理论参考。

From the perspective of the resources interdependent theory,a cooperation mode between China＇s youth sport clubs and governments is formed,which involves three aspects as follows： government accomplishing laws and regulations relevant to clubs,clubs＇ operating resources for the sake of public interests,and governments＇ supervision and evaluation of club＇s management.The cooperation mode offers some theoretical guide to China＇s youth sport clubs＇ operation and sustainable development.
