摘要 大学生抗挫折能力低下,抑郁、烦躁、失眠等症状频发,社会适应及协调能力不强等现象已是普遍存在且日趋严重。通过对广西中医学院2008—2009学年传统保健与养生专选课程教学开展自愿服务实践,结合相应的学生心理水平测试,对实验、对照组进行分析研究,试对大学体育与自愿服务相结合教学模式可行性和有效促进大学生心理健康状态调节和发展实效性作进一步探讨,以期为普通高校体育课程教学改革提供一些借鉴。 University students are weak at dealing with setbacks.They frequently suffer from depression,fidgety and insomnia.It is quite common and increasingly severe that they have difficulties adjusting and coordinating to the society.This paper,based on the charity volunteers' practice in 2008-2009 Traditional Health Sports and Health Preservation Course in Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University as well as the relevant level tests of the students' psychology,makes an analysis of the research group and control group,aiming at the further research of the feasibility and effectiveness of the combining mode of PE course and Charity education on college students and providing some reference for the PE curriculum teaching reform in colleges and universities.
