摘要
通过熔融挤出法制备了一系列聚丙烯(PP)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)/纳米SiO2复合材料,利用差热扫描量热仪(DSC)、电子拉伸机、悬臂梁冲击试验机等对复合材料进行了表征,分析了聚烯烃弹性体和纳米SiO2对聚丙烯的热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当纳米SiO2的用量为3%时,PP/POE/纳米SiO2复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大,此时的冲击强度是最低;POE和纳米SiO2对PP均有成核作用,两者的加入提高了PP的结晶温度,但纳米SiO2的加入使PP/POE复合体系的熔点略有降低。
A series of Polypropylene(PP)/Polyolefin elastomer(POE)/nano-SiO2 composites were prepared by melt extrusion.The effects of Polyolefin elastomer and nano-SiO2 on the thermal and mechanical properties of the obtained composites were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and the tensile test.The results showed that the tensile strength of the composites reached the max value and the impact strength of composites was the minimum when the content of nano-SiO2 was 3%.The crystallization temperature of the PP was improved by the nucleation function of POE and nano-SiO2,but the melting point of the composites decreased with the content of nano-SiO2 creasing.
