聚乳酸/聚烯烃弹性体/淀粉复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了一系列聚乳酸(PLA)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)/塑化淀粉复合材料,通过热重(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和拉伸测试对复合材料的热性能和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:甘油作为塑化剂能有效改善聚乳酸和淀粉之间的相容性;而随着塑化淀粉含量的增加,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度和熔点逐渐降低;另外,复合材料的力学性能随着塑化淀粉含量的增加而降低,当(PLA/POE)/淀粉为7/3时,复合材料的力学性能最好。 In the paper,a series of polylactic acid/polyolefin elastomer/thermoplastic starch composite materials were prepared via melt-blending method.The thermal and mechanical properties were characterized by TGA,DSC and tensile test.The results showed that the compatibility between polylactic acid and starch was improved by glycerol.And the glass transition temperature of the composite materials decreased with the starch content increased.Furthermore,the mechanical performance of the composite materials decreased with the addition of starch.When the mass ratio of(PLA/POE): starch was 7/3,the mechanical performance of the blends was better than other samples.
