摘要
利用共沉淀法合成了硝酸根型水滑石(NO3-HT),将其与对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)进行离子交换,制备对苯乙烯磺酸钠修饰的水滑石(SSS-HT)。用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)对水滑石的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,经对苯乙烯磺酸钠修饰后的水滑石层间距由硝酸根型水滑石的0.8 nm扩大到了1.88 nm,对苯乙烯磺酸钠型水滑石的热稳定性有所提高。将其与丁腈橡胶(NBR)混炼,制备水滑石/橡胶复合材料。用红外光谱仪、硫化仪、万能测试仪及热重分析仪对其结构与性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:随着水滑石含量的增加,NBR/水滑石复合材料的焦烧时间逐渐缩短,最大小扭矩之差逐渐减小,且经过有机修饰的水滑石变化幅度更大。其次,在保持甚至增加材料拉伸强度的基础上,加入水滑石能显著地提高复合材料的扯断伸长率,且在水滑石含量为5%时最佳;同时水滑石的加入也提高了橡胶的热稳定性。
Sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS) modified hydrotalcite was obtained by the ion-exchange reaction of SSS with nitrate anion pillared hydrotalcite(NO3-HT),prepared by a co-precipitation method.The structure of HT(NO3-HT and SSS-HT) was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The results indicated that the interlayer spacing of HT increased from 0.80 nm for NO3-HT to 1.88 nm for SSS-HT,and SSS modified HT showed better thermal stability.Then the NBR/hydrotalcite composites were prepared.The structure and property of composites were characterized respectively by IR,Curometer,Universal Tester and TGA.The results indicated that the scorch time of NBR/HT composites was shortened with the loading of HT,and △M also was shortened.And then,based on keeping and increasing the tensile strength of materials,the hydrotalcite could increase remarkably the elongation at break of the composites,the best was 5 % content.The thermal stability of NBR/HT was improved at the same time.
