青年人才是推动社会经济发展的巨大力量,青年顺利成才事关祖国的未来和民族的希望。社会承认作为人才价值实现的关节点,是青年成才的重要环节,对于青年自觉完成人生飞跃和继续发展、实现个人价值与社会价值都意义重大。社会承认的客观现实和重要地位,必然要求我们坚持科学的人才观教育,积极创造良好的成才环境,发挥青年的主观能动性,在社会实践过程中实现青年成才的最终目标。

The youth talents work as an enormous force to promote social and economic development. The successful develop- ment of youth talents is critical to both the hope of the nation and the future of the country. As the link to achieve the talents＇ value, social approval is the key to their development. Social approval is significant for the youth to consciously fulfill their leap in life and further development. In addition, it is significant for them to realize both individual and social values. The objective reality and important position of social approval require us to adhere to the education guided by scientific talent view and create good environment for youth talents＇ development. We are supposed to give free rein to the youth＇s subjective initiative so as to realize the final aim of youth talents＇ development in the process of social practice.
