摘要
为了使高校培养的冶金工程专业人才能力与社会需求之间进行有效的匹配,将质量功能配置(QFD)理论应用于冶金工程专业教学课程体系设计中,构建冶金工程专业课程体系质量屋(MECSHOQ)模型。以钢铁冶金专业课程体系设计为例,通过需求分析、课程模块配置、课程模块质量设计,将社会对冶金工程专业人才能力需求展开至具体的教学课程体系中,实现了人才能力需求与课程体系设置之间的有效转换。使用结果表明,建立的课程体系合理有效。
The theory of Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is used to design the course system of metallurgical engineer specialty in order that the talent of metallurgical engineer professional personnel cultured by college is a nice match for the social demand.The model of the HOQ for course system of metallurgical engineer specialty(MECSHOQ)is constructed.By an example of the design of course system of ferrous metallurgical special,the social demand is analyzed,and the course modules are configured,and the quality of course modules is designed.Moreover,the social demand is spread to the actual course system,and the social demand is switched over to the course system effectively.The result shows that the course system obtained is logical.
