根据顶底复吹转炉重量大、炉壳和托圈尺寸大的特点,通过制作支撑台架和垫梁的方案,采用转炉炉壳上、中、下段及转炉托圈分段组装、分段配合、整体平移的安装技术措施,确保了120 t转炉安装一次成功。
According to the top and bottom blowing converter weight,the large size of the shell and supporting ring features,through the production of supporting platform and template beam,the ways of sub-assembly,sub-segment welding and integral translation of the upper,middle,lower segment and supporting ring of Converter,all of the technology ensure the installation of the 120 t converter successfully by one time.
