济钢3200m^3高炉矿槽除尘气力输送系统特点及投用实践 被引量:1

摘要 济钢炼铁厂3200 m3高炉为新建工程,环保要求特别高。目前矿槽系统皮带机、振动筛等扬尘设施较多,产生粉尘量较大,除尘器若采用传统的刮板输灰机、斗式提升机、加湿卸灰机以及汽车倒运的方式难以实现环保、节能及安全的要求。现3200 m3矿槽除尘采用新型气力输送装置,其设计理念较为超前,自动化程度较高,操作运行非常稳定,经过近半年的投产运行,该系统基本杜绝了传统输灰方式维护量大、运行成本高的各种弊端,真正实现了高效、环保、节能、安全的使用要求。 Jigang 3200 m3 blast as new construction,environmental protection requirements are particularly high.The current system of mineral belt slot machines,vibrating screen and other facilities for more dust to produce a large amount of dust,dust collector,if the traditional Ash scraper,bucket elevator,discharging wetting the way machines and vehicles out of luck is difficult to achieve environmental protection,Energy saving and safety requirements.Dust is 3200m3Trough of using the new pneumatic conveying equipment,its design is more advanced,higher degree of automation,operation and running very stable,after nearly six months put into operation,the system basically put an end to the traditional way of maintaining large amount of ash,high running costs All the disadvantages,truly efficient,environmentally friendly,energy saving,safety requirements.
