模块化技术在滩海油田开发海洋工程中的应用

Application of the Modularization to the Marine Engineering of Beach Oil Field Development

在滩海油田开发海洋工程中,应用模块化技术,可以多次重复使用、降低成本,降低海上施工难度等。论述了模块化技术在滩海生产作业平台中的应用:采用大型专用模块建造特定用途的生产平台;采用标准化模块建造通用生产作业平台;以及采用模块化层叠式基座扩大坐底式移动平台的适应水深范围。采用不同组装设计,标准化的浮箱模块可以拼装成运输驳船、小型浮吊起重浮筏、铺管驳船、工程地质钻孔取芯平台或其他工程作业平台、泥橇、大型气垫运输平台等。最后,介绍了胜利埕岛油田根据油田实际情况,开发了修井、采油一体化平台新模式。

In the marine engineering of beach oil field development,by the application of modularized technique,modular assembly could be repetitious employed,such that reduction of costs and construction difficulty could be realized.The applications of the modularized technique to the production platform were described.The production platform for a particular purpose was constructed by adopting large special modules,the common production platform was constructed by means of standardized modules,the range of water depth of the bottom sitting mobile platform was expanded by means of modularized hierarchy base.According to different assembly design,the transportation barge,small floating crane,lay barge,geological coring platform and other engineering operation platform,mud sled,and large air cushion transport platform could be assembled by the application of standardized modules.According to the actual situation,the workover and production integrated platform was newly developed in Chengdao oilfield of Shengli area.
