对石油库设计规范部分内容的探讨

An Approach to Partial Contents of Code for Design of Oil Depot

为了进一步研究石油库的建设标准,对现行石油库设计规范中总图部分进行了探讨,主要包括石油库设计规范的适用范围、安全间距及消防通道等方面。结合石油库发展的现状,对规范的部分内容提出了探讨性意见,认为石油库的存储规模和物品需在石油库设计规范中进一步明确,石化产品存储厂、库宜分区联合布置。对规范中站外道路进行了补充,明晰了消防通道的特点,强化了石油库安全管理思路,并提出了利用经验和实验成果分级确定防火安全间距的思想。

In order to further study the construction standards of the oil depot,the general layout in the current code for design of oil depot including the applicable scope,safe spacing,and fire fighting access were discussed.On the basis of the present situation of the development of the oil depot,suggestions on partial contents of code for design of oil depot were put forward,namely the storage scale of the oil depot should be further clarified,petrochemical products storage in-and-out and depot should be jointly arranged.The article of roads outside the station should be added,the characteristics of the fire fighting access were described,and ideas of oil depot security management were strengthened.Based on experiences and experimental results,ideas of classifying the safe spacing were proposed.
