热辐射应力图像分析确定裂纹尖端塑性区

摘要 本文借助于热辐射应力图像分析技术记录了铝质紧凑拉伸试件的热辐射应力图像。根据裂尖周围温度变化曲线的分布规律确定其特征区的范围,从而得到裂尖塑性区的形状曲线,并与理论值比较,符合良好。对裂纹扩展断面进行SEM分析,得出该试件的断裂特性,对于进行细观损伤研究有重要的意义。 In this paper by using SPATE (Stress Pattern Analysis by Thermal Emission), the thermal emission stress patterns around crack tip in compact tension specimen made of aluminum alloy are obtained . The distribution of variances curves of temperature in front of the crack tip is employed to determine the scope of features region, and the shape curves of plastic region are obtained. The measured result agrees very well with the theoreticalvalue. The crack propagation surface has been analyzed by SEM (scanning electron microscope) and the fracture characteristic of the specimen is obtained. This work is important to study on the micromechanics.
