微量进样火焰原子吸收法测定铝合金中的铜、镁、锰、锌 被引量:18

摘要 本文介绍了在国产原子吸收仪器上,用自制的聚四氟乙烯进样杯、玻璃毛细管及微量吸液器进行微量溶液进样的火焰原子吸收分析方法。获得了与常规原子吸收相同的灵敏度和检出极限。进样量为100微升。用于测定标准铝合金样品中铜、镁、锰、锌四元素,结果的重现性与准确度均令人满意。 The use of micro-sampling through flame AAS has been investigateb with Teflon cup we designed, glass capillary tube and micropipet on the model WFX- IA instrument. The senstivity and detection limits are the same as those obtained by the conventional procedure. The quantity of sampling was 100 microlitre. The analytical method has been used for determination of Cu, Mg, Mn and Zn in aluminium alloy of standard sample. Analytical results obtained are in good agreement with the data reported. The accuracy and precision of results are satisfactory.
