农民工体育边缘化及救治——以公共选择理论为研究视角

Problems existing in sports for migrant workers and solutions——In view of public choice theory

运用公共选择理论,从国家、地方政府、选民、利益群体等维度来探讨农民工体育边缘化问题,认为博弈背景下的不同经济人主体的公共选择,才是农民工体育边缘化的主要根源。在此基础上,就农民工体育边缘化出路也提出了具体对策。旨在呼吁社会重视农民工体育,维护其体育权益,实现社会公平;通过对"政府失灵"的分析来促使人们进一步改善政府行为,使之更好地实现公共目标。

Adopting public choice theory,this paper analyzes problems existing in sports for migrant workers from perspectives of the state,the local government,the citizens and the interest groups.It is held that the public choice of different economic main body under fierce competition has caused the problems.In order to maintain social justice and sports rights for the migrant workers,the government should do more and the society should place more emphasis on sports for migrant workers.
