摘要
本文针对实际工程中常见的相邻建筑物之间基础常用的设计方法──悬挑法存在的问题,指出在本例中由于基础埋深的要求已不适用,于是提出在保证两相邻建筑物之间基础可靠性前提下的新设计方法──采用钢筋砼挡土基础来解决此问题,同时就如何降低基础成本进行了探讨。
This paper addresses the foundation design between the two adjacent buildings. The drawbacks of current design method are pointed out and its inapplicability is shown in the provided case. To guarantee the reliablity of the foundation design a new design method is proposed in which reinforced concrete retaining wall is adopted. Cost-reduction of foundation between two adjacent buildings is also discussed in the pape.
