摘要
本文以一项具体工程课题为例，对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE）板材焊接储液罐进行强度和刚度分析，比较了解析法和有限元法的计算结果，具有较大的实际意义，可供类似工程应用参考。
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a new kind of engineering material This paper is concerned with the analysis of the strength and stiffness of HDPE welded tanks. The results of both analytical method and finite element method are in good agrement It is believed that the present results may offer useful guidelines for designers and analysts.
