摘要
采用优化组合法选择了几种阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的复配体系及其他助剂,对15%毒死蜱.吡虫啉悬浮剂的配方进行了研究。简述了该剂型的特点、配方选择、贮存稳定性等试验结果。确定了较佳配方组成:毒死蜱5.0%,吡虫啉10.0%,分散剂MF 2.0%,分散剂NNO 0.5%,HY-11.5%,农乳500#1.0%,黄原胶0.15%,硅酸镁铝1.5%,丙二醇4.0%,正辛醇0.5%,水73.85%,配制方法及其质量控制指标。试验结果表明该配方具有成本低、工艺简单、经济效益显著等特点。
Several anions and non-anions surfactants and other auxiliary to build compounded system were selected by optimization grouping method.Formula of 15% chlorpyrifos imidacloprid SC was studied.The characteristic,manufacture method and specification for quality control were described as well in this paper.The composition consists of chlorpyrifos5.0%,imidacloprid 10.0%,dispersing agent 2.5%,emulsifier 2.5%,thickening agent 0.15%,Silicic acid magnalium 1.5%,Trimethylene glycol 4.0%,Propyl butyl-carbinol 0.5% and water 73.85% were determined.The experimental results of the storage stability and the charactieristic of this formulation show that it has the advantages of low cost,simple process and economical benefits.
