对氯苯基偶氮水杨基荧光酮分光光度法测酵母中的钼 被引量:1

摘要 合成了新显色剂对氯苯基偶氮水杨基荧光酮(p-ClBASF),研究了钼与p-ClBASF的最佳显色条件。结果表明:在硫酸介质和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,p-ClBASF与钼发生灵敏的显色反应,形成配位比为3:1的橘红色配合物,配合物的最大吸收波长为521nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.36×10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1,0-15μg/25mL钼(VI)符合比尔定律。此外,该显色体系具有良好的选择性,绝大多数金属或非金属离子均具有较高的允许量。该方法用于酵母中痕量钼的测定,回收率达97.2%-98.6%之间,标准偏差0.67%-0.70%。 A new reagent,p-chlorolbenzeneazo salicylfluorone(p-ClMBASF)was designed and synthesized in this laboratory.The color reaction of p-ClMBASF with molybdenum was investigated.The results showed that in the presence of sulfuric acid and CTMAB,p-ClMBASF reacted with molybdenum rapidly to form 3:1 orange complex with the maximum absorption wavelength at 521nm.The apparent molar absorptivity were found to be 1.36×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 and Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~15μg/25mL.Moreover,the color system has excellent selectivity.Most of metal and nonmetal ions can be tolerated in considerable amounts without any masking reagent.This method was used for the determination of effective molybdenum in yeast with the RSD of 0.67%-0.70%(n=6),and the recovery of 97.2% ~98.6%.
