Briefly on Chen Duxiu's Socialist Thought

陈独秀的社会主义思想,产生于20世纪20年代。他主张建立消灭私有制的平民社会,认为唯物史观是区分科学社会主义和空想社会主义的关键,强调资本主义制度在中国行不通。此外,他还认识到了民主在无产阶级政权中的重要性。陈独秀的社会主义思想,对当前党的执政能力建设以及和谐社会的建设具有借鉴意义。

Chen Duxiu＇s socialist thought took shape in 1920s.He advocated establishing a c ivil society with private ownership eliminated,believed in the key role of histo rical materialism in discriminating scientific socialism and utopian socialism,a nd emphasized the impracticality of capitalism in China.Besides,he realized the importance of democracy in proletarian regime.His thought is of great referentia l significance to the current building of our Party＇s administrating competence and to the building of a harmonious society.
