摘要
应用汽油发动机的缸内工作过程、燃烧发热率和传热系数计算模型,分析了发动机的工作过程及其影响因素.运用GT-POWER建模仿真软件,建立了单缸汽油机燃用E10的工作过程模型;通过模拟计算,研究了空燃比对发动机转矩的影响,以发动机获得最大扭矩为优化目标,在对发动机空燃比的优化方法进行实证分析的基础上,确定了不同转速下,发动机燃用乙醇汽油时的理想空燃比.
The working process of a gasoline engine and its influencing factors were analyzed based on a calculation model involving the working process of cylinder, combustion heat ratio and heat transfer coefficient. A model for simulating the process of working of a single cylinder engine using E10 was built by means of GT-POWER software, and the influence of the air-fuel ratio on engine torque was studied. Based on the target of obtaining the maximum engine torque, the optimum air-fuel ratio was determined at different speeds according to empirical analysis of the optimization method.
