结晶紫-苯唑西林的共振瑞利散射光谱及应用

摘要 在pH8.71的Tris-HCl缓冲介质中,结晶紫(CV)与苯唑西林(OXA)结合,使体系的共振瑞利散射(RRS)急剧增强并出现新的RRS光谱,最大共振瑞利散射峰位于380 nm处,苯唑西林的浓度在0.08~0.8μg.mL-1范围内与散射强度(ΔIRRS)成良好的线性关系,据此建立了测定苯唑西林的共振瑞利散射法,检出限为0.035μg.mL-1。该法用于苯唑西林药物中苯唑西林含量的测定,结果满意。 Crystal violet combine with oxacillin in pH 8.71 Tris-HCl buffer medium,which enhance the RRS intensity greatly and bring a new RRS spectrum.The maximum resonance rayleigh scattering apex was located 380 nm.The linear relationship between the scattering intensity(ΔIRRS)and the concentration of oxacillin was over the range of 0.08~0.8 μg·mL-1.A novel resonance rayleigh scattering method for the determination of oxacillin has been established.The detection limit was 0.035 μg·mL-1.This method has been applied to the determination of oxacillin in city sell oxacillin medicament with satisfactory results.
