摘要
本文主要采用问卷调查法和访谈调查法,对排球项目的教学能力评定进行研究,确定了排球项目的基本教学技能,最终形成了对排球项目教学能力进行评定的教学能力评价表。充分考虑了项目差异和项目自身特点,促进了教学能力有针对性地提高。
This article,using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey,researches the teaching ability assessment of volleyball,determines the basic teaching skills of volleyball and then it forms a assessment form of volleyball teaching ability.This paper takes the differences and project characteristics into account and promotes the teaching faculty.
