摘要
目的:探讨原发性高血压(EH)合并糖尿病(DM)患者的臂、踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的变化。方法:测定48例EH、46例EH+DM患者及53例健康人的血压、脉压、血糖、血脂、体重指数及baPWV,并进行比较分析。结果:EH+DM组:体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但与EH组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。baPWV在EH组和EH+DM组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),EH+DM组又显著高于EH组(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并糖尿病患者的baPWV显著高于EH者,后者又显著高于健康对照组。baPWV升高与血压、血糖、低密度脂蛋白升高有关。
Objective:To describe changes of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in patients with diabetes and essential hypertension(EH+DM).Methods:140 patients were selected between Jan.2008 and Aug.2009 in our hospital to assign 48 cases of essential hypertension(EH) to the EH group,or 46 cases of hypertension associated with diabetes mellitus(EH+DM) to the EH+DM group,and 56 healthy subjects served as the control group.The blood pressure,pulse pressure,blood level of glucose and fat,BMI level,and baPWV were detected.Comparisons between groups were analyzed with statistics.Results:The fasting blood glucose levels in the EH+DM group were higher than the other two groups(P〈0.01),The BMI,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pulse pressure and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels in the EH+DM group were obviously higher than those in control group(P〈0.01),The systolic pressure、diastolic pressure,pulse pressure and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels of patients in EH group were higher than those in control group(P〈0.01).There was no difference in BMI,fasting blood level of glucose between EH group and control group.The baPWV in EH+DM group and EH group was higher than that in control group(P〈0.01).The baPWV in EH+DM group was higher than in EH group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The baPWV in the patients with EH+DM is higher than that in EH group and control group.Increase of baPWV correlates with blood pressure,blood glucose and increase of low density lipoprotein.
