摘要
"我国高等工程继续教育体系架构研究"课题研究,对我国高等工程继续教育现状进行了调查。调查发现,目前各种教育机构开展工程继续教育相对比较独立和封闭,按个体利益需求发展,其教育产品带有挤占性和缺失性,其教育缺乏统一的认定标准。企业和市场的人才需求不能得到满足,导致当前我国劳动力市场上人才结构性失衡现象十分严重。因此,通过对工程继续教育教学方法、技术手段的规律探索,基于终身教育理论,从工程技术人员职业发展、企业发展培训体系、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设、教学方法运用和教育技术手段等方面,探索高等工程继续教育教学方法、技术手段的实现,架构其教学模式。研究表明,我国工程继续教育教学方法与技术手段呈多样化发展态势,信息技术教学手段在我国工程继续教育中的作用愈加重要。
Under the program of the framework of China's Advanced Continuing Engineering Education (CEE),a survey was conducted on the current situation of higher continuing engineering education in China.It is revealed in the survey that continuing engineering education of different educational organizations has been comparatively independent and isolated.Driven by interests of individual educational organizations,the products of CEE are characteristic of occupancy,deficiency and lack of accreditation standards.The demands from enterprises in the labor market cannot be satisfied,which results in a serious structural imbalance.Therefore,based on the lifelong learning theory,the article studies the teaching methodology and technical means of CEE,and intends to construct an instructional model that covers engineers' career development,the training system for enterprise development,teachers' training,construction of teaching resources and application of teaching methods and techniques.
