摘要
运动生物力学分析、对比分析、文献资料等方法,对我国优秀男子蹦床运动员陆春龙与董栋813<空中技术进行研究。研究发现813<,屈体姿势形成是在第一个180°转体后,当翻转360°时身体迅速打开,展体结束时腾空高度接近最高高度,随后翻转和转体同时进行转体的速度比翻转的速度快,第一个180°转体动量距来自双臂急剧摆动产生,后面540°转体动量距来髋关节的屈伸产生。
Through using the method of exercise biomechanics, comparative analysis and literature review, this paper made study on technical character of" the 813 〈 that picked posture takes form is behind 180' the first truck rotation, torn, twist, the body is prompt when overturning 360' and open up, the exhibition body clears out an altitude when being over approaching the maximal altitude, overturn subsequently and twist to carry out the speed twisting at the same time are quick than the speed overturning, the first 180' truck rotation, turn, twist momentum comes into being fi'om coming from rapid swing of pair of arms, the articulatio coxae bending and stretching comes into being aboot 540' truck rotation, turn, twist momentum distance later.
