摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据分析法和访谈法对沈阳市部分以人为本与非以人为本理念下的经营性健身俱乐部的经营管理状况进行调查研究。结果显示:以人为本理念下的经营性俱乐部员工忠诚于俱乐部,员工的待遇优厚;俱乐部服务优良,让会员具有归属感,会员忠实于俱乐部;以人为本的管理理念有利于经营性健身俱乐部的发展,能使俱乐部后期达到很好的盈利效果。
This article,through the methods of document literature,questionnaire survey,data analysis and interview,researches the operating condition of fitness clubs which hold the concept of people first in Shenyang city.The result shows that employees who work in these clubs are more faithful and can obtain excellent payment.On the other hand,a good-serviced club can raise members' sense of belonging.As a result,the management concept of people first benefits the development of clubs and can make clubs achieve an ideal profit.
