篮球运动专项力量素质是技战术的基础,是球员在凶悍而频繁的身体对抗中高质量地完成技术动作的保证。据篮球专项的特点分析篮球项目力量素质训练的主要方法、手段和要求,旨在为篮球专项力量素质的训练提供理论指导与帮助。
The special strength fitness is the basis of basketball tactics and technique,and is also the guarantee of technique application in physical confrontation.This paper mainly analyzes the methods and requirements in the special training of basketball players' strength fitness,finds out the effective training methods and some problems,and provides some reference for the special training of basketball players' strength.
