摘要
通过对第10届田径世界杯女子铁饼运动员年龄与历年比赛成绩的对比分析,结合世界杯女子铁饼运动员年龄特点、项目特点,得出优秀成绩的获得与运动员的年龄、训练年限之间的关系,以及运动员的动作表象、训练动机、赛时心理素质等之间的联系。
Through making comparative analysis on age and performance of women discus throwers in 10th IAAF world cup,combining with age character of women discus throwers in world cup,this paper points out that relation between best performance and athletes＇ age and training years,as well as the relation between training motivation and mental quality.
