我国西部高职院校体育资源开发利用研究

Research on Sports Resource Development of Higher Vocational Colleges in West Region of China

采用问卷调查法、文献资料、数理统计法等研究方法,对我国西部高职院校体育资源现状进行了调查研究。研究发现西部高职院校的体育设施资源、体育课开展现状、体育课程设置、大学生对待体育课评价,以及课外体育活动不尽人意,对"终身体育"的理解也不够深刻。目前西部高职院校的体育器材、体育场地是影响大学生参加课外体育活动的主要原因。建议:西部高职院校应高度重视体育场馆建设,改善体育锻炼环境,营造体育锻炼的氛围,来引导大学生积极参与体育活动。

Through using the method of questionnaire,literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper makes analysis on sports resource condition of higher vocational colleges in west region of China.The result shows that the sports facility,physical education classes,physical education curriculum,students towards physical education assessment,as well as extra-curricular sports activities is unsatisfactory,and has no deeply understanding on lifetime sports.Sports facility and play ground are main factors restricting college students participating in extra-curricular sports activity.It suggests that we should pay more attention to sports venues construction,improve sports exercise environment and guide the student＇s participation.
