Study on the Working Responsibility and Guiding Thoughts Position of Instructors in Higher Vocational College in New Age

高职辅导员必须切实履行好思想引导、专业指导、心理疏导和生活督导等职责,必须以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,掌握统筹兼顾的工作方法,促进学生全面发展。要自觉按科学发展观要求做好辅导员工作,就必须高度重视辅导员工作,科学制定辅导员工作规划,建立健全辅导员工作制度,大力加强辅导员队伍建设。

This paper discusses the responsibilities of counselors in implementing thought guiding,professional guidance,psychological counseling and life supervision,which must be guided by the scientific development concept,adhere to the people-oriented,grasp overall consideration methods of work and promote the all-round development of students.They are required to conscientiously do well the work according to the scientific development outlook.It is necessary to attach great importance to the work of instructors,to draft the work plan,to establish an instructor work system and to strengthen the team construction of instructors.
