江苏省高校竞技健美操发展现状及对策研究

On Present situation and Countermeasures of Competitive Aerobics Sports in Universities in Jiangsu Province

对江苏省高校竞技健美操的发展现状进行了研究,并与参加第11届世界健美操锦标赛的中国选手的成绩和技术水平进行了对比,分析了江苏省高校竞技健美操选手在难度动作、成套动作的艺术性和完成质量上存在的不足,并提出了相应的对策。

The present situation of aerobics sport in the universities of Jiangsu Province was studied.By comparative analysis on the scores and technical level between the players in Jiangsu Province and the players of our country who attended the 11th Aerobics World Championship,the deficiencies of players were analyzed on the difficulty elements,the artistry of the routine and the execution quality,and the measures were proposed.
