昆明小鼠不同组织RNA提取方法的比较

Isolation Methods of Different Tissue Total RNA from Kunming Mice

利用改良的异硫氰酸胍法、改良的SDS法和改良的TRlpure试剂盒法对昆明小鼠心脏、肝脏以及肾脏进行组织总RNA的提取,比较其提取效果,结果显示,试剂盒提取效果普遍明显优于其它方法且适用于肝脏总RNA的提取,传统方法的改良适用于肾脏总RNA的提取,心脏总RNA的提取效果均不理想。

Three total RNA isolation methods were compared concerning their adaptability to three different tissues（heart,liver,kidney） from Kunming mice.The results showed that improved TRIpure Kit methods were more suitable for RNA extracting from liver.Improved guanidine thiocyanate method and Improved SDS method were found to be efficient for RNA extracting from kidney.Additionally,all of the three methods were more favorable for their cost efficiency and high yield.
