摘要
分别以加拿大威尔弗瑞德.劳瑞尔大学和约克大学教育实习的集中和分散模式为例进行评析,并针对我国师范院校教育实习中存在的主要问题,总结了加拿大教师教育在实践模式、实践效率、实践基地建设、管理以及评价等方面对我国教师教育的启示。
Based on Wilfrid Laurier University and York University, the present paper first discusses Canadian two teaching practice models - consecutive and concurrence programs. Then the present author gives an analysis of the teaching practice problems in Chinese normal universities. Finally, this paper concludes that we may get enlightenments from the form, efficiency, management and evaluation of Canadian teaching practice as well as the teaching practice base building.
