执法规范化、队伍专业化、管理科学化、保障现代化,是当前基层检察院建设的目标。围绕这一目标,笔者从基层检察实践的视角,对如何进一步加强基层检察院建设进行了研究。

Standardization of law enforcement, specialization of contingent, scientification of management and modernization of protection is the goal of the current construction of grass-roots procuratorates. To this target, the author from the perspective of the practice of grass-roots prosecutorates researched on how to further strengthen the construction of grass-roots procuratorates.
