荷叶离褶伞摇瓶发酵条件研究

Study on Fermentation Conditions of Lyophyllum Decastes in Shake Flask

采用摇瓶发酵法对荷叶离褶伞(Lyophyllum decastes)发酵条件进行研究.结果表明:荷叶离褶伞菌丝体生长的最适碳源为玉米面;最适氮源为麸皮;最适碳氮比为16:1;最佳培养基配方为玉米面200g/L,蔗糖15g/L,麸皮35g/L,酵母膏1.5 g/L;最适发酵条件:pH值7.0,温度26℃,接种量10%,转速160r/min;稳定生长期为接菌后6-8d.

In this study,fermentation conditions of Lyophyllum decastes in a shake flask are explored.The optimum carbon source is corn flour,the optimum nitrogen source is wheat bran,the most suitable ratio of carbon to nitrogen is 16：1;the best formula is as follow：corn flour 200g/L,sucrose 15g/L,wheat bran 35g/L,and yeast extract 1.5g/L.The optimum conditions include pH 7.0,temperature 26℃;inoculation quantity 10%,shaking speed 160r/min,incubation time 6-8 days.
