Connotation Evolution and Value Determination on Enterprise State-owned Capital

作为一种制度安排的企业国有资本,历经从企业资金到物质资本、从物质资本到技术资本、从技术资本到人力资本的探索三个演化阶段,其内涵和外延不断丰富和发展,但存在概念的非统一性、资本价值决定的缺失、资本剩余索取权归属三种理论困惑。破解理论困惑须从统一企业国有资本的内涵、回归企业国有资本的社会属性与自然属性入手,以丰富企业国有资本的理论体系,实现企业国有资本的保值增值。

As a kind of institutional arrangement,enterprise state-owned capital has gone through three evolution stages from enterprise funds to material capital,technology capital and the exploration of human capital.During this period of evolution,its connotation and extension have been enlarged and developed.However,there are three types of dilemma in theory,including the disunity of conception,the absence of capital value determination and the belongingness of capital residual claim.To solve these problems,we must unify the connotation of enterprise state-owned capital and return to its social attribute and natural attribute so as to enrich the theoretical system of enterprise state-owned capital.
