基于校企合作的高职软件技术专业教学改革初探

A Study on the Teaching Reform of Software Engineering in Vocational Colleges Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

高职院校软件技术专业发展的主要问题是与企业对人才的需求出现脱节,学生工作难找,企业人才难求。基于校企合作的高职软件技术专业教学改革从培养目标、课程设置、评价方式、招生就业等方面入手,着力解决校企衔接的顺畅问题。学校教学方法与培养模式根据企业的需求进行,企业作为学生学习和实践的场所,为学生提供技能提升和发展的平台。

The development for the major of software engineering in vocational colleges and enterprises＇ demands for talents are disjointed.That is,it is hard for students to find jobs while it is difficult for enterprises to find talents they need.This essay analyzes the teaching reform of the major based on school-enterprise cooperation in the aspects of training objective,course setup,evaluation mode,enrollment and employment.Teaching approaches and training models in colleges are designed according to enterprises＇ requirements,while enterprises provide opportunities for students to learn and practice.In this way,colleges and enterprises can be smoothly joined together.
