根据对供电企业青年的思想调查情况,对青年员工思想上存在的问题进行分析,从加强青年理想信念教育、发挥共青团组织的作用、创新思想教育的方式方法、思想政治工作与企业文化、职业生涯规划和员工培训相结合等方面,对如何做好青年员工思想政治工作提出相应的对策。

Based on the survey for young staff members in power supply enterprises,this essay analyzes the ideological problems in them as well as presenting relevant solutions in the aspects of the education of ideals and beliefs,the function of the Communist Youth League,the innovation of the approach of ideological education,ideological and political work,enterprise cultures,career planning and vocational training for staff members.
